Erica Reaves is the founder and CEO
of Flawless Events, LLC. She holds a M.B.A. in Project Management from American Intercontinental University, in Atlanta,
Ga. and is also a license Senior Wedding and Event Coordinator from the Association of Bridal Consultants.
She has been an advocate for equality for many years, a self starter and motivator. Her mission to serve her
community by donating her time to homeless shelters and the youth of tomorrow is her life's joy. Flawless Events, LLC
was founded on the principles to service the customer with efficiency and reliability, to maintain ethical and professional
relationships, and to maintain a FLAWLESS image at all times. She continues to share her gift with others to build lasting
relationships throughout the country.
